We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your ACA pieces right away.

In-Stock Items

Items that are currently in stock typically ship within 2–3 business days and are often fulfilled the same day your order is placed.

Made-to-Order Items

Some ACA products are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically once your order is placed. These items typically arrive within up to 2 weeks.

Orders that contain both in-stock and made-to-order items may ship separately to ensure in-stock pieces reach you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150

• Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.50

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the fit and feel of your ACA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

Eligible Returns (In-Stock Items)

In-stock products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as they have only been tried on and remain in their original condition.

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of distressed wear, including makeup, deodorant, or other stains. Items returned in this condition will be sent back to the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-order items

• Personalized items

• Final Sale items

If a made-to-order item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
