We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's how.

Return & Exchange Window We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of your order date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return or Exchange All returns and exchanges are handled through our self-serve portal — no emails, no waiting.

You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. The whole process takes a few minutes.

What's Eligible To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, and stains
  • Original hangtags still attached
  • In original packaging

Items that arrive outside of these conditions will be rejected and discarded.

What's Not Eligible The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items 
  • Made-to-order items — made upon order and cannot be restocked
  • Worn items during model calls or promotional use
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Exchanges Need a different size or color? Use the portal to select an exchange. You'll be shown available variants of the same item.

Once your exchange is submitted and your return is in transit, your new item ships out. No back and forth, no invoices.


Return Shipping When you add Free Return Coverage ($1.00) to your order at checkout, your return label is covered at no additional cost if you need to send something back.

If you didn't add coverage, the cost of the return label will be automatically deducted from your refund or store credit — nothing to pay separately.


Refund & Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, you'll hear from us within 3–5 business days. You can choose to receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (issued as a gift card to your email)
  • An exchange for a different size or color

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, start a return through the portal and upload a photo when prompted. Our team will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Made-to-Order Items — Exception If a made-to-order item arrives damaged or incorrect upon delivery, it will be replaced at no cost. Please contact us at info@acadancewear.com with photos within 7 days of delivery.
